Hog Roasts for Hertfordshire and surrounding
areas.
We have now opened an additional facility
in Hertfordshire.
Paul and Marie have been involved in the
catering industry for over 20 years, mainly
based in Spain.
Now relocated to Hertfordshire as part
of Dukes Roasters expansion to provide an
unequalled catering service to the home
counties, they are very excited to bring
their experience of both spit roasting and
the preparation of Mediterranean dishes,
especially Paellas to the Dukes Roaster
family.

We took 1st prize of 85 entrants - for
Best Paella Los Monesterios,
Valencia, - 23rd April 2003.
