Well what can I say......except WOW!!

The food was absolutely fabulous, everyone was really impressed and so many compliments on the crackling. The whole set up was fantastic from your arrival (especially as I had forgotten to tell Ros where you were to go but you chose exactly the right spot), the service, the Hog,the potatoes, the salads, the staff especially the chef who gave the groom just the right size portion, and the clearing up - thanks for the leftovers as they fed the guys later on in the evening. I have been asked so many times for your details I hope you get some more business from it.

I'm just writing quickly to thank you again for such a wonderful Hog Roast on Saturday. As you know, we wanted it to be a very special occasion and you and your team certainly made it one! All our guests are still talking about the superb food and the attention to detail. Your staff's professionalism, timing and care made them a joy to watch. We were especially impressed by their smiles and ability to make our guests- and us!- feel that everything would be successful despite the torrential rain. Within moments of your prompt arrival, I knew that I could just settle down and enjoy myself while your team took care of everything. When you eventually came to tell me you were leaving, I felt the fairies had been to clear up, as there was no trace of all your equipment on our lawn!

Having had a quiet couple of days to relax and enjoy our anniversary on our own, we shall phone you this morning to sort out payment.

Only one word can describe the service/food and staff for our event on Saturday night - FANTASTIC. Philip far exceeded our expectation on the food and it was a pleasure to meet such professional people who knew how to succeed in pleasing not only the organisers but all that attended. Comments back from the audience were 'the best food ever'! Hope this is encouraging and would love to talk to you (soon) about next year!

Smashing!! Guests loved it, I loved having someone else do the catering. I'll get you to do the next "special" occasion.

We had a great bonfire evening for my 30th birthday and all our guests enjoyed the hog roast. The professionalism of the company was exceptional and the staff served with a smile. I would recommend Dukes Roasters to anyone wanting a hassle free event. Our guests are still raving about the hog rolls.

Dukes catered for our staff Christmas Party this year. A Medieval banquet theme. They fully entered into the spirit of the evening - the food was delicious and the staff polite, helpful and great fun. They have also helped at some of our pub evenings. Truly flexible and a delight to deal with.

Our concert group hired Dukes Roasters for our 25th anniversary celebrations. The pork was great, the buffet excellent and the crackling wonderful. Despite the weather, everyone said that the event was made by the hog roast. I would recommend the service without reservation.

Fantastic hog roast, the best in the country! Lisa and Becky helped make our "125th" joint birthday an overwhelming success, everyone attending had never tasted such a lovely tender hog roast with crackling to die for! The sauces and salads just added to make it perfect. A joy to watch it roasting, the aroma tickling the taste buds and then the grand carrying - & very satisfied guests. Just wonderful.

One Sunday in the summer of 2007, our company held its 60th anniversary and we chose to have a hog roast. It might have been summer but we had the wettest day in years. It started raining early in the morning, the heavens opened and it did not stop all day.

At midday, Dukes Roasters arrived and even though the weather was appalling, all the staff were happy and assured us that everthing would be OK. Everything WAS OK. People queued under their umbrellas to get their food, when they got to the head of the queue they found a team of very happy, courteous and professional people who were catering for over 500 people in very difficult circumstances. The food was excellent and there was a good variety of dishes and plenty for everyone.

I have received plenty of compliments regarding the food, the service and what a great bunch of people Dukes Roaster were.

We as a company are looking forward to using them again at another company event.
